Spring time is here…

Hello there!

It has been quite some time since I posted anything… I wanted to reach out to all of you and just say “hello!”  Hard to believe that winter is over and spring is here and the end of May is quickly approaching.  I most definitely had the winter blues, between work and home and having cabin fever a slight depression hit me for about a month.  Work wasn’t going like I would have liked it to and it felt like I couldn’t get anything right and the housework wasn’t getting done so the clutter just built.  My husband said he couldn’t get anything done with the fence or the cars because I am always working or busy on the weekend running errands and such.  I ended up just having to take a couple days off to get myself together.  Who knew that being out in the sun for three full days would help that much along with finally getting my house clean and the clutter cleared.

These are some of my lovelies….  I love to garden and have to decided to make my garden bigger now that we are putting up a fence.  I’ve already planted some new day lilies and clematis.  I can’t wait to see how everything fills in once it starts growing.  We still have a lot of work to do and I am putting in a Fairy garden….need to put in lots of bright flowers that attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and of course Fairies.

Thanks for stopping by!!!

Teresa

p.s. May your day be fabulous and your coffee always hot 🙂

Where the Fairies play….

In the dawn of night and light of day where do you think the fairies play?  Watch your garden as it grows, something tells me you will know.

You can’t see them but know they are there getting ready to start their day.  In the quiet of the morning the fairies help wake up the earth.  Colors spring from the ground, the air has a lovely scent.  Animals wake up and stretch their legs and get up out of their warm cozy beds.  Be sure in your garden to leave the fairies a seat so they can rest and eat a treat. Hang a hammock in the shade where they can cool off throughout the day.

Help the fairies care for the earth.  Plant new trees and flower seeds, recycle your trash and keep the earth clean.  Without your help the earth will die and then the fairies and Mother Nature will cry.  When the flowers and trees all disappear, there will no longer be a place for them to play and they will have to go far away.  Gardens and forests, rivers and creeks no longer a shelter will there be.

So keep the earth clean and full of life, watch the magic as the land grows.  Plant your gardens and your trees and keep your waters clean, maybe you’ll catch a glimpse of the fairies as they work and play throughout the day.  Listen closely and maybe you’ll hear mother nature whisper thank you dear.
